The Menopause Specialist Guide has been developed by Cate Keen, Clinical Nutritionist & Menopause Specialist Consultant, through Wave Nutrition Consulting.
The guide has been created to improve access to menopause-aware support for women and increase awareness of trusted local practitioners providing this care.
The aim is simple: to support women with credible, balanced information and help them access appropriate care that aligns with their individual needs.
