Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup of plant milk

2 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs desiccated coconut

1/2 tbs maple syrup

1 tbs natural yoghurt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mix all ingredient with a spoon and allow to set in fridge over night

  • In the morning, sprinkle fresh berries on top

Egg & Avocado Bake

Pre-heat oven to 120 degrees. 

Ingredients

1 avocado, stone removed & halved

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

1/2 clove of garlic, finely chopped

2 eggs

2 tsp parmesan cheese

Method

  • Place avocado halves on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with garlic and chilli

  • Crack an egg inside each avocado hole and bake until egg is cooked to your liking

  • Sprinkle with parmesan and seasoning 

LSA Pancakes

Beat together

3 eggs

25ml of almond milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mix in 25g of ground LSA mix

  • Allow mixture to sit for 20 minutes, then cook on medium heat in batches

Home made Baked Beans

Combine in a saucepan

1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, crushed

400g tin of cannellini beans

400g tin of chopped tomatoes

1 tbs tomato puree

1 tbs maple syrup

1 tbs salt reduced soy sauce

1 tbs worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika

Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
